As a high schooler, I had my first design experience working as a section editor for my school's newspaper. From there, I taught myself how to use software such as Adobe Illustrator and ProCreate to infuse my personal style into my designs. Since I have designed film posters, magazine spreads, infographics and logos for personal and professional use.

When they first picked up their skateboards, college graduates Claire Lee and Rayven Tate identified a lack of inclusive spaces within the male-dominated skating community. As female skaters and women of color, they didn’t always feel welcome to explore the sport. Their experience prompted them to form an intersectional skating club based in Boston, open to all female and gender non-conforming skaters.
